Most of us must had have a secret admirer at sometime in our lives.
If you like or love someone you should just go and tell them.
You need to tell her or him that you like her or him before someone else does.
If you don't, someone else will move in on her or him and you'll regret for not telling her or him.
Would you rather end up with that regret? or a little bit disheartened if she or he said that she or he doesn't feel the same?
