I'm not the sort of person who makes new year's resolutions. But now I realize that resolution and goals will guide someone to have a better life to live and a better experience to treasure. I am not trying to discourage anyone from making a New Years resolution, but perhaps concentrate on something specific that you can easily accomplish. I've decided to take tiny steps, small changes and promise to live healthier.
1. Drink lots of water everyday.
2. Try to stop taking sugar in tea or coffee.
3. Take 2-3 cups of green tea everyday.
4. Don't take soft drinks or fruit cordials.
5. Eating an Apple a day!
6. Eating more fruits and vegetables.
7. Take Vitamin C & EPO everyday.
8. Cut out unhealthy treats: Walkers, Strawberry lances, sugary biscuits.
9. Eat less than usual.
10.Walking/ jogging on weekends.
It doesn't have to be overwhelming because if I want to adopt healthy habits that will last, then the easiest way to do it is by gradual changes. I don’t expect too much from myself too soon, in fact it takes about a month for any new action to become habit.

ReplyDeletefor coffee and tea, u can always opt for sweeteners. much better than sugars :)
